Objective:

Establish the branding and identity for a new real estate solutions company.

challenges/considerations:

The real estate market is competitive, and from my initial research a bit too impersonal, stuffy and serious. From a design perspective, too much stock photos and blaring CTAs screaming at the consumer to put their trust in them.

My clients want and are something different. They want their company that looks optimistic and personable. A design that is eye-catching and fun.
